It depends upon what you're going to use it for.
The Suzuki Samurai is a subcompact SUV with an 89 horsepower I-4 engine and 4-Wheel Drive. It's good for off-road driving and good on gas, and it offers a softop, removeable hardtop, or fixed hardtop, depending upon which you like best. They're fun to drive and quite reliable too, but that's about it.
If you do a lot of highway driving, I definitely don't recommend one. The tiny engine has trouble sustaining the car over 50 miles per hour on flat ground, plus it's incredibly light, so crosswinds and drafts from semis and larger trucks can push it around on the road. Also, it's not a very comfortable vehicle and doesn't have hardly any rear seat or cargo room (unless you remove the rear seat).
I would say go for it if you plan on using it off-road a lot, which is the main reason people buy vehicles like the Samurai. Also, it's not too bad around town, but you don't really need a 4-Wheel Drive vehicle for driving in the city unless you live in the north, like Chicago, Detroit, Boston, and Philadelphia where snow is common in wintertime.
I hope this has answered your question. If you have any more, please feel free to ask.
