They are both Japanese with almost identical product lines and high quality for a great price. I've owned 2 street bikes by each brand and never had a single issue with them. You can win a race on either bike if you are the better rider. Suzuki is the only brand to make a mid-size (GSXR750) super-sport bike. Suzuki's sport bikes also have better graphics, so I choose them over Kawasaki.

Had a Kwaka,R1 and a couple of Suzuki's. I love the bike i currently own which is an old GSXR750 Slingshot, although old it still does 150+ mph, handles like a dream and if ever i can afford it has great potential for a streetfighter!

They're the same thing. Same bikes with different plastics in different colors. This is especially true of their 4 wheelers and dirt bikes. Don't know much about the street bikes, but should still be the same.
