Try insulating your trunk with "Dynomat".

"Nothing's more annoying than a major trunk rattle when your subwoofer is pounding. Dynamat's 19105X trunk kit works as a team with your subwoofer to ensure that you get the cleanest, tightest bass possible"

If the suzuki showroom isn't satisfying your complaint it's best to bring the car back since it's new and under warranty and ask for a new car or brand of car sounds like there's some sort of glitch in the vehicle which could cause you later financial problems to fix once the warranty has expired.

this is actually a pretty common problem. If it wasnt happening now it would eventually as the car aged. The materials that we make cars out of now days are not very sturdy- infact, most automobiles are made as cheaply as possible. The best solution to your problem would be to visit your local performance stereo location, and talk with them about your options. Personally, I would recommend a product called Dynomat. You place between the panels in your car and it not only stops the noise your referring to, but makes the sound of your stereo better.

Hi, the problem is because of the thin door pads in the boot. These pads vibrate due to the effect of the woofer. And also the door pads are fixed with very small screws. Ask your maruti dealer to fix extra screws so that the door pads fixes well to the inside of the boot. This should rectify the problem..

well this will be fun you need to locate the vibration , once you do that, if you fell confortable with that, you may have to put in noise reducer matts inside the door or panel this will reduce the vibrationin that pannel . or a simpler idea is to adjust your amp/ head unit too much base may blow out your windows give it a try
